WAZ: Freie Tankstellen: „Markttransparenzstelle ist Planwirtschaft“

Essen (ots) – Die von Bundeswirtschaftsminister Philipp Rösler (FDP) geplante Markttransparenzstelle für den Mineralölmarkt stößt auf scharfe Kritik der freien Tankstellen. "Das ist Planwirtschaft. So einen Gesetzesentwurf hätte ich von einem liberalen Minister nicht erwartet", sagte Axel Graf Bülow, Hauptgeschäftsführer des Bundesverbands Freier Tankstellen (BFT), den Zeitungen der WAZ Mediengruppe (Samstagausgaben). Graf Bülow forderte Rösler auf, den Gesetzentwurf zurückzuziehen. Nach BFT-Berechnungen müssten die 14.700 Tankstellen in Deutschland täglich rund eine Million Daten an die Transparenzstelle melden. "Das ist faktisch nicht möglich", sagte Graf Bülow, der auch die gesetzliche Grundlage infrage stellt: "Mit welchem Recht darf der Bund unsere Einkaufspreise abfragen?" Der BFT vertritt 1800 freie Tankstellen in Deutschland.
