Shell-Studie: 80 % der deutschen Autofahrer wünschen Wiedereinführung von ?Bedienungstanken?

Shell macht den ersten Schritt

Bereits in meinem Artikel ?Moderne Tankstelle – Gestern und Heute: Benzinpreise, Wettbewerb, Technik – Teil 1: Lassen Sie sich gerne bedienen?? in ?Tankstelle heute? habe ich die Hintergründe der Einführung von ?Selbsttanken? beleuchtet. Mehr und mehr scheint der Autofahrer zu verstehen, dass er sich keinen Gefallen getan hat, als er sich seinerzeit über ?die Abstimmung mit dem Zapfventil? gegen das ?Bedienungstanken? entschieden hat. Die vermeintlich günstigere Angebotsform des ?Selbsttankens? lockte damals die Autofahrer in Scharen an die Zapfsäulen der Selbstbedienungstankstellen. Die damalige Freude der Autofahrer an der Ersparnis von 3 Pf für das ?Selbsthandanlegen? beim Tanken kann man angesichts der heutigen Kraftstoffpreise nur noch müde belächeln. Deshalb sind die Ergebnisse der von der Shell AG veröffentlichten Studie zu diesem Thema für mich kaum überraschend.

 

Warum soll man sich für ein paar wenige ?Cent? der Mühe des Tankens aussetzen, den Reifenluftdruck selber prüfen und die Scheiben selber reinigen? Warum nicht komfortabel bedienen lassen? Lassen wir doch die Zeiten hinter uns, in denen Mann oder Frau mit benzinbefleckten Kleidungsstücken ins Büro kam, oder mit schmutzigen Fingern zum Date erschien!
